How do I replace or repair an upper speaker?

I have a NSM Grand Performer 2000 and one of the small speakers on the top is not working. Anyone know how can I repair or replace this?

believe this or not but you can use rubber cement on a torn diaphram if thatis the problem if it is not a tear but your coil is broke you can unwrap and resoldier but depending on your skills you may want to replace it but for simple tears i will use rubber cement
