my mira shower caseing is leaking water when switched on and water is cold?

Hi My mira 8.4 supreme shower is leaking lots of water when switched on, and the water is cold. Thank you.

remove the shower head and then see if it is leaking.
if not then clean the shower head and see if it leaks.
if it still leaks then perhaps there is a kink in the hose
