Easy one to fix, buy a new kettle, they're cheap enough to replace. I doubt you will get spares for it, anyway, it would most probably cost more for the switch than a new kettle, simples.

I doubt that anybody might be able to fix it - and certainly not economically. Best to bin it and buy a new one.
