For some reason the inner glass door has shattered (granulated because its obviously safety glass, so it's still all in place). Is this a do it yourself job, and where would I get the glass?

Also, any explanation? When I put the microwave on there is some glowing glass at the foot of the screen, and it looks melted. Would that level of heat be put out?

I don't want to kill myself!
