hi i have a 97 c250td,there is a small spring that springs back the locking mechanism when the parking break lever is released,this has broken and the park break wont engage,i need to know if the whole pedal needs to be removed or if there is a handy hint/tip.thought at first it was the cable until i was looking behind the pedal and the spring fell out,the spring sits just behind where the short release cable connects to the park break pedal,any help is appreciated,thanks
