I have a 9300dx overlocker, I hvae never had any problems with my previous overlocker but the needles on this one keep breaking when i am using a thicker material adn it has even broken the needle plate any ideas (apart from the obvious and use thinner materials lol)

For overlocking problems y7ou would be wise to take it in for adjustment
