I was watching TV and heard a noise. TV picture necame fuzzy and the colors were light green and white and buzzing sound. I turned the TV off. Turned it ON again and there was no sound , no picture only thing I can hear is the loud buzzing sound.

The bulb was replaced only a year ago.
