My Lervia KH4000 was going fine then the wheel jammed with the needle stuck in the down position. I can move it 2cms clockwise and 2 cms anti-clockwise but that's it. The material is still in there! Any answers?

Hello Clare,
The only answer is brute force if the material is stuck in there, undo the needle clamp and see if you can move the balance wheel backwards, cut as much material as you can it may take a bit of time, once you have the material and maxchine freed check the raceway for any thread that may be jammed
