how can i fix my panasonic SA-PT460 ?

I have a panasonic SA-PT460. The dvd drawer will not open, it makes a clicking noise but will not open. Can someone give me some advice on how to fix the problem.

look for a very small pin hole just under or near the cd tray , stick a pin into it and the tray should pop open..
