Mac Callister Drill Lithium Ion Battery charging ?

I have a Mac Callister 10.8 volt Lithium Ion Drill and charger

I also have a seperate battery for the 14.4 volt Mac Callister drill but do not have a charger for this battery.

Both batteries appear to fit the 10.8 volt drill and the charger unit.

Can I charge and use the 14.4 volt battery within the 10.8 volt charger and drill ?
