Worcester 35cdi Combi boiler pressure going up from 1.5bar to 2.5bar?

The pressure keeps going up by 0.5 to 0.75bar everyday. How can I fix this problem?

If it's happening with the heating running then the expasnsion vessel needs re-pressurised.
If it's happening with the heating off then either the filling loop is passing or the plate heat exchanger is burst.
