Ford 6000 CD?

trying to fit a 2004 Ford 6000CD to replace the older 5000 fitted into my 2001 Ford Maverick and need either an adaptor or a Plug repair kit to change from the two thin plugs fitted, to the square on needed for the 2004 model anybody help
