it had this problem once before and it was solved by pushing a combination of buttons but I can't remember it or the search terms I used to find it. The info is in the middle of the screen instead of the bottom, there is no picture or sound and the tv reacts VERY slowly to the buttons or remote. Sometimes I have to push it about 20 times to get it to react.
