It means the small rotor pump underneath the spray arm & filter plate is not turning. Take it out (quarter turn anti clockwise & pull up) check for food or foreign objects inside the hole. Check rotor turns freely. Put it back & try it again. May also be caused by the rotor being faulty. If you have a double drawer then swap the two rotors over. If fault now comes on the other drawer then replace the rotor with a new one.
