I recently convinced the business that I work for into investing in the Galaxy e 500. Unfortunatly after only having it in the office for a week a colleague did not read the maual or pay attention to the sign on the front that says to punch no more than 4 PVC covers at once. The colleague then attempted to punch 12 covers at once and the machine now shows the overload light.
Is there anything that can be done to repair this as I don't think I can convince the company to part with another £400 for a replacement?
