Will hi-fi speakers if too close to an LCD screen cause perm damage?

I have an LCD screen which has a pinkish colour around the edge of the screen. Hi-fi speakers were normally beside the TV but were floor standing and not dircetly adjacent to the TV. I have now replaced them with larger speakers where the speakers are now closer to gthe screen. This has resulted in the pink glow appearing, can it be removed easily or is it likely to be permanent damage.

How can I fix LXI TV, Model # 564-42455950, Serial # V9340307779? I purchased it for $20.00 from my neighbor over the summer but he lost the owner's manual. The remote control has 40 buttons on it. However, since this model was created in 1989, the lettering on the remote buttons are mostly faded to non-existent.

The problem is that I accidentally hit on of the buttons on the remote and the is a non-stop list of directions that keep appearing on screen and change like end credits with one direction tip every five seconds. I need to know how to get these annoying directions off the screen because the color and the sound are awesome.

Pinkish colour suggests the back light tubes are going.

Nope. LCD tvs are unaffected by magnetic fields, however if a wi-fi source is used the quality and signal is affected by unshielded hi-fi speakers if close to sender.
