I would like to replace the old glazed unit in my front door and wondered how easy this is to do.

There is beading on the inside of the door itself that holds the entire panel in place, but it is set in very tightly and I am worried that I might break them when trying to get them out. Is there a technique in removing them?

Put a very thin paint scraper under bead & ease out, pvcu is very strong, put glass packers back as you found them.
