...there are two circuit boards on that machine al99 indicates that they are not communicating to each other,the only thing you could try is to remove the console panel and remove /refit or replace the white link wire that connects the two pcbs, if this doesnt work then its cheaper to call hotpoint than to buy the pcbs yourself
