how can i replace wiper motor on 2003 vw caddy?

the motor burnt out on windscreen wipers(was quoted £100 to replace and supply used motor!)It looks pretty simple to the eye,but i could really do with idiot proof instructions as i am useless with mechanics!!! Have purchased used part from breakers for £25.

Dead easy, pull the plastic cap off the ead of the wiper and remove the nut nut that holds the wiper on(13mm spanner Ithink)pullthe wiper off,it is on a splined shaft.Remove the large nut and rubber washers. From inside pull off the door panel (it just pops off)remove the two bolts (10mm)spanner and unplug the wiring(the wires can only fit one way)and wiggle the motor out, replacement is a reversal of the job, don't tighten the large nut on the wiper arm to tight as it is only a plastic thread.Straight forward job don't be frightened of it.
