My Zanussi Jetsystem 1200 XC has a problem with the conditioner part of the try. The water is flwing into the tray but when the cycle has finished the conditioner and water are still present in the tray. I have cleaned the draw but still the problems continues........

Any ideas?

remove the whole draw from the machine
remove the bit with MAX written on it
under there is 2 holes/tubes.Make sure they are not blocked with gunky conditioner
low water pressure can also cause issues
