My front loader washing machine has frozen?

I have a fisher and paykel front loader (AWF 60 MD) If you turn it on the door locks but then the cycle does not start. If you turn power off at the wall the door opens. I turned power off at the wall over night and i have removed the 2 top plugs and a 2 pin plug in the middle of the card on the top RH wall with no success.
I think it needs to be reset but i don't know how

Why did you remove the two top plugs from the PCB board? It won't do anything if it has wiring plugs disconnected. There is no such thing as a reset magically removing the fault. It may be a faulty control board or it could be something more simple. What could possibly be a simple fault and easy to fix will rapidly turn in to something major if you play around with and stuff up the electronics. Control boards are expensive to buy. Suggest you get someone out to check & repair it properly.
