I have a Thomson 250 freeview box and I recieve sky sports 1 & 2 through top-up TV but on tuesday 9th August the sky sports suddenly stopped working so I rang top-up tv and they told me my software version which is 6.54 should be 7.04 (i think) and thats why they wont work so have done updates the way you do them and still nothing and now because my warranty is up (well it actually broke exactly a year after i got it on august 9th 2010 i bought it) they told me to buy a new one but the box works fine but just wont download the version is there anyway i can get it or do something different to get the new version apart from buy a new box
