How can I make my shoes fit right?

I bought a pair of expensive shoes (Nine West), in the correct sixe, and they are now too big and slip off my feet. Is there some nifty idea, or something I can do to make them fit my foot again?
Please help.

You could try insert soles or you can buy suede type grips that stick in the back of the heel to stop slip. Both available from shoe repairers

Maybe you can try putting some tissue or paper either at the front or back of the shoe and they shouldn't slip off.
