Does anyone know the proceedure for synchronising the remote central locking on a Citroen Relay (2003 version)?

I know how to do it for a Vauxhall Astra and am guessing that it will be similar but the combination of iginition switch and button presses I've tried don't work

turn ignition on undo your trousers turn ignition off remove your trousers and pants press unlock button turn ignition on now run around the van 3 times naked turn ignition off count to 5 then turn ignition on and get dressed
