how can i fix pro performance hammer drill fmtc30vcld battery won`t charge?
battery will not hold charge,can i repair,if yes how?,if not,where do i get replacement battery?

The battery is most likely dead Gerald.
If its a Ni-cad, they're especially prone to the memory effect if they're not charged correctly, they slowly lose their ability to charge, plus they've only a finite life anyway. Sadly there's probably millions of functional drills out there but they're useless because the batteries are so expensive to replace.
Sorry, no idea where you'd get a new one.
