there are three black spots on the screen of my camera, how do I remove them, they are on the inside

Circles or spots? I asume that you can see on screen. Are they there after you upload and view them on a PC etc? If not could be fault with screen. Cost more than it is worth. IF still there, Yes possibly inside, do they move, If yes dust, if not poss cd fault.
