how can i fix my ariston washer/dryer?

please could you help solve my problem, i have a ariston a1600wd the washer part is ok, but the dryer goes through the motions but theres no heat. there are no unusual noises or flashing lights on control pannel thankyou

There are a few possible things that can cause this the most common is one of the cutouts has gone or the element is faulty, if you have a multimeter you can check the cutouts and the element make sure it is unplugged before you check it
