hi, I am trying to uninstal nero 7 and 9 from my computer but keep getting a message saying an application and shell manager is corrupt or missing.
this is stopping me from uninstalling the programmes.
Anyone can help me? thanks

Looks like the uninstaller got corrupted.

In cases like that, it's often usefull to reinstall the application then un-install it.

If that don't work, you can do it the dirty way:
Manualy delete the folder containing the application and the short-cuts.

You then use a registry cleaner to remove the now obsolete registry entries. CCleaner is very good at that task and is free for personal use. It will also find and remove any short-cuts that you may have missed.
