I have a Philips projection HDTV 60PL9200D 60" DLP™ with Pixel Plus and the picture flashes all the time and I have children and its starting to hurt our eyes. We have tried to change the lamp modular thinking that it was the problem and paid out $90 for this bulb to find out that it wasn't even the issue. Someone please help us!!!!

Sounds like you need a new TV. Stop watching it it WILL damage your eyes...In UK you can watch TV on the internet for free as long as you hold a tv licence. You may be able to access the same service for where you are. In Uk its tvcatchup.com try to find a service for where you are - try typing in free catch up tv online and see what comes up.
