I have recently had to replace my remote to my sky box and can no longer use the volume controls - how do I program this function in.
The TV is a Thomson and the digibox is by Grundig

press interactive on sky remote control scroll to sky customer service, go to technical help, scroll down to why doesnt my sky remote control my tv, press number one on remote from there it will assist you to in getting your sky remote to control your tv you will need your tvs model no which will be on the back of your television set. good luck

Push TV button on sky remote..push red and select buttons together ..remote should blink twice then try any of the following three digit codes for Thomson TV's : 363-653-137-224-371-065-377-233-427-361-499-315-226-588-625 or 653..Your code is among this lot ..Once you have determined the correct code..push the TV button on your sky remote to save the setting ..your sky remote will now operate your TV..good luck ..!!
