I have a whirlpool awo 3751/5

During the spin cycle it showed up with F09 error, I've switched to drain cycle now and it keeps displaying FP

I have opened the filter cartridge at bottom and there was a sock trapped in there, this was removed but it hasnt fixed the problem. I've put my hand in and checked, nothing else is trapped in there and its turning freely. The motor is running but the machine is not spinning or draining.
Does anyone know what I can try next ?

My washer does a full cycle then just before it ends FP COMES UP & also clean pump , where is the pump an what does it look like many thanks
