What does E23 mean on my frigidaire washer?

What does E23 mean on my Frigidaire washer? It wont drain or spin and it just turns off before finishing the job.

According to the Washer Tech Data Sheet:

E23 Drain pump relay on control board failed.

Solution: Replace control board.
