How can I repair IE's Content Advisor to block certain sites?

Some virus has deleted the portion of Internet Exporer's Content Advisor so I cannot block any sites. The other Content Advisor options still show up, but the one to blcok sites is gone altogether. It doen't even show up any more as an option. How do I restore this function? Gracias.

what about installing the new IE downloaded from microsoft as it will be better anyway and should install find over the old one, also have you ensured that there is no longer a virus on the hard disk, f-prot is one of the best shareware virus removers if you don't have one
