Sound problem in my Sony kV-2199M3J TV?

The problem with my tv(Sony KV-2199M3J) is that whenever u start the tv, the sound reaches max. value by its own , so then i have to mute the tv immediately after starting it,, is there any one who can tell me how to tackle this problem.

you might have a stuck button on the remote, but most likely you might have a bad vol. up switch on the tv. the switch/button need to replaced.
