What is the F4 fault on Glowworm Flexicom 18HX ?

Our Glowworm Flexicom 18 HX gas boiler is not working-F4 is dissplayed, have tried to reset it, but but still shows F4 and still not working.

check condensation drain pipe for blockages /the pipe that vents outside ,the f4 fault is usually associated with a fault on the ignition.hope that helps.
