I need help to fix my baxi solo 2 40PF boiler?

We have hot water and the 'boiler on' light is on but the central heating is not working, there are no other lights on and the pilot light is not lit! Does anyone please have any suggestions?

Could be the 3 way valve stuck in position if the heating hasnt been used for a while or the valve not making contact with the microswtich inside.
