AEG OKO Arctis freezer needs too much defrosting ?

The condenser area ices up regularly and need to empty and defrost. Get error code F8.
Should be 'frost free'. But have to do this about every 3 months or so

this is likely to be an evaporator sensor issue.it is built in the back.
