In normal mode the washer fills with water then before it agitates it starts pumping water out drain and filling with water at same time ,it never agitates and goes thru all wash cycles like this before shutting down on rinse cycle.Have replaced diverter valve.Tried using delicate button while in diagnostics to switch diverter to tub but unsucessful

Not 100% sure on this model but if it has a diverter valve you may have put it in wrong & connected the drain hose to the side for the recirculating hose or the diverter is not working which means it will stay in the drain position instead of moving over to the recirculating side. That would indicate that the control module is faulty and not putting power on to the diverter. The way to tell if it is installed wrong is put it on final spin and water should come out of drain hose, if it now pumps up in to bowl (recirculates) then diverter is back to front.
