loud bang after toilet flush?

Recently had complete new works in the toilet systern. It's a modern systern with push button. Now when flushed there is a loud bang at the end when water stops. Does it sound like something simple I could sort out myself?

It sounds as though the water pressure at the ballvalve is high and causing water hammer. If there is a small valve on the pipe going to the toilet, try turning it, so it reduces the water flow slightly. If there is no valve then you may have to call the plumber back, he will sort it in a few minutes.
