Whats wrong with my treadmill?

I have a sprotcraft tx 5.0 rc treadmill when walking it feels like its skipping or slipping like it wants to stop what could be the problem?

lubrication, refer to your user manual it will tell you the key areas to oil ,usually the underside of the belt.some treadmills display a error code that lets you know its time to lube up.
