How can I fix this xc-L7?

I have an xc-L7, the only sign of life is, the power lights briefly flash on when the power is switched OFF at the plug.
There is a mini disc aswell, MJ-L7, but this does nothing at all.

I would think that the pulse on switch off, is from the capacitors in the power supply. as dead other than that, I would think a power supply unit fault, I do not know the unit, might be even an internal fuse.
