ha easy one, press services on your sky remote followed by 4,0,1 select.. this will take you into the installers menu, then opition 4, you can pick any channel between 21 and 69..

You don't say what make of Sky box you have and there are often detail differences between the various makes. However my old Grundig couldn't be changed. You could try RF2 and see if that makes any difference.

You best bet though is to use a SCART cable and then select AV1 or AV2 on your TV. AV1 will be best because Sky boxes output RGB on SCART from AV1 - which will give you a better picture.
