My Whirlpool chest freezer (AFG 512 C/H) warning light (Red triangle) remains on, the freezer is running but can't work out if it is broken?

Triangle warning light has just appeared today and I don't understand what could be wrong? I've just turned the ice dispenser off and now the warning light has disappeared, could you please explain to me what the problem could be thanks
