Check your room thermostat, depends on type does it click, or if electronic does it show that it is calling for heat. always possible to override it at the boiler, usually shorting the pins that go to it, but be careful, some are powered, so if not sure get someone in. some will tell you which pins are connected, usually two wire, you can short. check your controls, I assume combi boiler, so check your pressure, should be about 1
