How can i fix my Goodmans LD2667D2?

When you switch the power off and then back on you have to re-tune the channels back in

I also had this problem with a GTVL26W28HDF but now the tv receiver will no longer tune at all neither can it be switched off! Eventually the screen just goes pixilated pink so the mains has to be removed to switch it off. sorry don't know the answer but seems to be the cpu has crashed.
