My transits gear stick is very floppy, i can select all gears going up the gears, but coming back down 2nd gear is hard to select it crunches, and when i think i have selected 2nd, bring the clutch back up im sometimes in neutral. i had a spring replaced on the gear stick last week because you could lift the gear stick up, but its still very floppy in all gears
