hi i have a hoover nextra mega load 7.5kg washing machine that will wash but will not start the spin cycle . i found a small blockage that has now been removed but this has not solved our problem . is there anyone that can offer any advice or possible solutions we can try, please?

not to familiar with model but if you look on cluth assembly and find unit with 2 wires and small cable connected (drain motor) that could be problem. also check drain pump for correct operation.if you pull on cable while connected to power it should move back and fore
