If you have cable or satelite, it's only a mather of connecting it to the appropriate connector at the back of the convertor/receptor box.
If you connect to a regilar antena, you need a TV syntonisator.
Unless the monitor have built-in speakers, you also need to provide your own amplificator and speakers.
