hi i have a 2002 dispatch 1.9d and basicly it used to start in the mornings but now it does not i have to use cold start to get going also when its warmed up it feels like the fuel isnt getting through as it is sluggish and jerky but when doing a constant speed it purrs like a kitten
any ideas

change air filter + fuel filter? check for leaks. check EGR valve is not stuck.
