A friend sold me a heat surge that was still in the box. His wife had brought it, but they never used it. She has since passed away. When we opened the box, it has a heat surge insert, but no mantel. I tried to call them (waited 49 minutes) and they told me that they don't sell just the mantels. You can either get one with or without, but if you buy it without you can't order one later. Bummer! Do you know where i could purchase one? It is a perfectly good insert so i don't see why it can't be used, but it would be nice to have the mantel. Please help. Thanks!
